Marissa is a registered Dental hygienist in our office. She grew up in Rockland County graduating from Pearl River High School. From a young age, Marissa knew she wanted to be in the dental field. She started out as an assistant and front desk worker. Loving and learning all about the profession, she went into dental hygiene school at Eastern International College in Jersey City, NJ. Marissa now takes pride in helping patients gain confidence in their smile. When spending time outside of the office Marissa enjoys spending time with her large extended family, hiking, running and working out at the gym.
I have had the pleasure of working at Rockland Dentist since 1998. I began as a dental assistant and became the Dental Hygienist for the practice in 2002. I have completed many additional courses in the treatment of periodontal therapy, nutritional counseling and cosmetic whitening. I love having the opportunity to give the patients here the best care they can receive. My favorite thing is seeing the improvement in a patient’s oral health and smile as they become a part of our family. We help people smile proudly every day. Motivating people to take charge of their oral health and overall health is empowering.
When I am not in the office I teach kickboxing. I am working towards becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. I’ve studied many types of martial arts over the years. I have an amazing daughter Elizabeth. I love animals, especially my dog Magnus. I enjoy hiking, running and obstacle course racing.
Elyse was born and raised in Rockland County. Her parents are originally from Haiti. Elyse is bilingual and speak fluent Creole and English. She enjoys listening to music, dancing and coordinating events.
Crystal Gonzalez has been a dental assistant for 4 years and has been part of the premier dental family for the past 2 years. She is currently enrolled in Dominican College pursuing a nursing degree. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Welcome to our practice! I am a friendly face at the front desk. I am happy to answer your questions, plan your appointments, help resolve your concerns and make your visits positive. It is important to me that each of you feel at ease and have confidence in our office. I have been at Rockland Dentist since January 2019 and have experienced dental knowledge for over 15 years. I appreciate how positive the environment is in the office and how we all work extremely well together to provide the best service for our patients. Our staff is warm and inviting and the attentive care our doctors and team strive to provide, as individuals and collectively, to our patients is rewarding.
I was raised in Dublin, Ireland and made the trek to New York in 1986. I currently live in Rockland County with my husband and son and adorable Maltese. I love doing all the activities outdoorsy with my family. If you catch me alone you might find me gardening, cooking or enjoying yoga.
Janirys is the newest addition at Premier Dental. She was raised in Rockland County. Janirys is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Janirys plans on attending Hygiene School in April 2021 to become a Hygienist. She enjoys music, reading, hiking as well as spending time with the staff at Premier Dental.
